As I write this, it's been over five months since the fall of Iraq. What a surprising little war! We all expected a huge war, a duel to the death in a major, inhabited city, and perhaps the use of chemical, biological and possibly even nuclear weapons. We so much expected a real war that we sent in over 150,000 troops (and the Army wanted twice as many) and prepared the American and British people's for tens of thousands of casualties and months of fighting.
